This microwave was a great buy, especially for the price. We don't have much counter space, so the compact design was ideal. It is not the most powerful microwave (we haven't tried to defrost anything), but it gets the job done.

Service & Delivery comments:

The packaging was secure and the delivery was prompt.

I had one SMALL gripe. After UPS attempted to deliver my package, I tried to make a request to hold the package for pick up. Abt put a request on the delivery NOT TO ALLOW THIS. I had to wait for 3 failed attempts before I could pick up the package. It was very frustrating to know that UPS had the package, I couldn't go get. Just request Abt NOT to do this and you should have no problem.

I bought this product for my sitting room in my master bedroom, since I'm on bed rest and can't walk up/down stairs. It fits perfectly on top of my mini refridgerator. My 4 year old daughter is able to use it to warm up her milk all by herself. This is a great product for small spaces and looks great too.

Needed a small microwave for the basement wet bar area. Lots of them out there in different colors, but none in black that was small enough to fit the opening. That was the main reason we purchased this unit. It is only used to heat up things and pop popcorn! But does a good job at that.

We got this to put in a kitchenette for my mother who has come to live with us. The only way to open the door is to reach underneath and pull on a notch underneath the oven. She wasn't strong enough to do it. Plus the oven would slip and slide because of trying to pull on it. We returned the oven for a different model.

Got this for my mother's added on apartment when she came to live with us. She uses it to fix coffee, occasionally heat up a frozen dinner, etc. Small size and small price made it a great selection. Important to us was the push-button opening device. She has no trouble accessing it.
