I use this microwave on a daily bases for quick stuff like reheating coffee, melting butter etc. I also use it for frozen foods and it works great. For the price, you can't beat it. It is a little loud, not the quietest microwave. It is a basic microwave for usual reheating etc.

This is a fairly inexpensive yet powerful microwave from GE. It has a rather light door and I wonder if it will last as long as our old one did for over 25 years; still it heats well and is intuitive to use. It makes some noise but gets the job done.
All in all so far so good.....ask us in 2 years to see if it is still doing as well and then we will be experts with the QR.

What can you say, it's a microwave, it's large and does everything it says it does. One of it's greatest features is the ability to turn off the turntable, so it fits large square dishes something that many others don't. One touch commands all seem to work and cooks as the menu item says it will. Great microwave. [...]

We have a built-in GE microwave combined with a conventional oven that we've used for over 20 years. The microwave finally gave it up, but we don't want to replace the entire unit yet as we are planning a kitchen upgrade and will do it then. A good counter microwave was our solution for now and the one we chose is perfect.

We installed this microwave with a trim-kit (purchased separately) to put above our oven wall. It looks great! We liked that it will hold a regular size dinner plate. Seems to cook evenly and the express option is great too!

If you are looking for an inexpensive, well made microwave, this is it. The microwave features the usual GE controls that are very intuitive.
The best thing about the microwave is that it is simple. Just push one button for the food you want to cook, reheat, or time and that is it.

I am completely happy with the product. The display and prompts are very user friendly. It has a large capacity and seems to be very efficient. I am particularly pleased with the sensor and Add 30 functions - in that I use the microwave for prep for meals (boiling water, melting butter, preparing sauces, etc).

I use for basic simple tasks. It works well so far. I found the display counterintuitive and difficult to use. Buttons are small and difficult to read. They are placed in odd locations.

It's a good little microwave. When defrosting, you have to enter the weight of the food. A few times the food was still frozen so I just entered more time until the food was thawed. I like that you can turn the turn-table off if you want to. It is deeper than my old mircowave. It comes almost to the end of my countertop.

It is a good little microwave. When defrosting, it asks for the weight of the food. This has been inaccurate a few times (food was still frozen) but I just entered in more time until it was thawed. I like that you can turn the turn-table off if you want to. It is deeper than my old microwave and comes almost to the end of my countertop.

After 7 years of daily use, I replaced my current white GE profile microwave because we changed to black appliances. It was still going strong! We Love the programmed Express minute buttons. A big help in the mornings when you just want to reheat your coffee and not fumble about with pushing a bunch of buttons. The interior is spacious and it heats things thoroughly and evenly. 2 minutes usually does the trick..and just hit the '2' button...that's it! [...]
