the pamphlet accompanying the microwave is very confusing. There are too many steps involved to try to remember them all. It may turn out O.K> but in the meantime it is a pain to have to refer to the booklet each time I use the oven. I have a graduate college degree so I am not totally unable to follow directions.

i needed a small microwave with a nice design and was really attracted to the dial - so easy and cute. i don't use microwaves to cook, only to heat liquids and leftovers and it's been great. i would have preferred it to be slightly smaller and was surprised that it beeps 5 times at the end but otherwise, no complaints.

People who knock the clock display are picky. Yes, if you stand right over the display, you can't read it but what activity is it that you find yourself in this position? It can't be cooking. The MW cooks well, pops well and reheats well. It is small but you know that going into the purchase. There was no sticker on the outside of the door for the one I purchased.

Product has a beautiful style and high-tech look to it. I'm very impressed with how evenly it heats. It also does a very good job of heating the contents of a container more than the container itself. So I can take more bowls and dishes out without having to use a pot holder. Nice job! My only partial complaint is that it's a bit noisy. That may be because we have it on a shelf more at eye-level than on a counter top. It might not be noisy at all on the counter. Still I would recommend highly, for the price it's a great buy.

We had a 1100-watt microwave that was larger than we needed and rather noisy. If measurements are important, Panasonic microwaves have a smaller footprint that others of comparable wattage and therefore don't take up as much counter space. This 800-watt model is perfect for most needs and rather attractive. Highly recommend!

I have had other Panasonic microwaves, and they have lasted for years. This model is small enough to fit on a narrow countertop but large enough to rotate a dinner-plate. The Panasonic defrosting feature has always been excellent. The pop-out dial on this model is actually intuitive to operate and, in my view, makes multiple settings (power and time, for example) easier to make. The only negative is that the LED display has a limited viewing range, at least when the microwave sits on the counter and the user's eyes are five and a half feet above the floor. Still, the microwave is a great value.

I really like the ease of the dial knob timer. and the simple butons push in much easier than the usual plat-panel type. After using this one, I would never buy another microwave with the flat buttons again.

I was looking for a microwave that had a good amount of power with a compact design.This model has been a great choice over others I looked at with similar specs. It fits perfectly on the limited counter space in my studio apartment's kitchen and it really has a lot of power. It boils a cup of water in about 1 min. 15 secs.I also like the stainless steel exterior which gives it a less "budget" product appearance.I feel it was well worth the $20 or so more dollars I paid over other models.

Just a pretty face - not even a pretty body.
The face plate is stainless steel but the body is only gray metal work - quite ugly when siting on the kitchen counter.
And below average on the inside - very small plate, low power, and doesn't heat evenly.
Very good - fast, no cost, well packaged, electronic notification, no need to call customer service

Great looking small countertop design with plenty of power. The knob control ("Easy-to-use Pop-up dial" is different and takes a little getting used to. My only complaint is that you need to concentrate on the display (which is a little small) to set the timer accurately. I am pleased with the product overall however I think the price I paid is a little high in comparison to similar models.
