The first unit was delivered DOA [...]. Repair was attempted twice before a new unit was delivered. While functional, it produces very small ice cubes that melt very quickly in cocktails. After 3 months of waiting, I exchanged the unit for a Scotsman within the week.
Service & Delivery comments:
Abt service was excellent and replaced the units with the Scotsman without problems or charges.
