I purchased some thin rubber mats to put under the washer and dryer. The installer wasn't 100% sure it was a good idea, but I think they are great!!! It helps isolate the vibration and I have absolutely no movement of the machines. Even my older top loader washer would tend to walk with a full load.

With a family of 8 that includes a bed wetter and a grease monkey, we have a LOT of clothes and bedding to wash. My only regret is that I didn't buy this washing machine when it first came out. It easily washes a king size comforter and my husband's weekly work clothes used to take 3 loads and now it is all done in one with room to spare!

Love the washer, very economical, easy to use and efficient. couldn't ask for more.....Make sure you get the pedestals. It saves your back and the storage space is just gravy.

i made the splurge to purchase this machine and a matching dryer. the washer kept getting serviced after i used the machine about 20 times. i have alot of laundry to do and expected more for the buck. now i have to replace them for breaking..and will have to shell out more for them. i do have to say that my sister in law has the older version of these machines and is thrilled! most likely i got jinxed.

We bought the product online [...] because we were putting it where there was subflooring and needed a unit that did not shake. We really like the unit it is very quiet, it was a little more that we wanted to spend but even still is was well worth the money.
