Good quality for the money and easy to set up. However I found that the remote (either my TV or my cable box remote) would not work if I was not sitting directly in front of the speaker bar. Even being as little as 15 degrees to one side meant that the box was not receiving the remote signal. After contacting Boston Acoustics I was advised to take the speaker cover off and remove the ruby red filter covering the electric eye. Once I did that, problem solves. But I can't help thinking that the red filter was put there for a reason (or that there is some sort of design flaw). In any event, I hope that not having the filter is okay.

Love my flat-screen TV but audio is decidedly not good. Got tired of either turning up the volume to painful levels or turning on captions or both to get some of the less-enunciated lines of dialog in movies or TV shows. This soundbar solves the problem very well and was easy to set up. I'm pretty tech savvy but not into audio equipment and was pleased that I could figure out the hookups with no problem. It was also easy to figure out how to reset the wireless signal when it turned out the original setting interfered with my DSL wireless.

The soundbar sound quality was exceptional, looks great, and is super easy to set up... The only problem I had was with the wireless subwoofer. My unit must have been defective because the wireless subwoofer bass would occasionally go in & out and make crackling noises. I tried changing wireless frequencies and that did not solve the issue. The crackling noises got to be very annoying and so I returned the unit. ABT customer service was great, and they helped me out with this... I would definitely purchase from ABT again, but I want to do more research on my next soundbar purchase.

We purchased an LCD Samsung 46" TV a couple years ago. While its sound is perfectly adequate, I've always thought that the sound quality should be equal to the quality of what we are viewing. I didn't want to bother with (or spend on) a big, complicated multi-speaker system. I saw the sound bar options in the box stores and did a little homework. For the price, the Boston Acoustics TVee Model 20 got high marks in the reviews. I shopped for the best price and came up with ABT Electronics. It probably took 20 minutes to set the system up, within the confines of our TV cabinet (which is very pretty but a pain in the neck when hooking things up). I am completely satisfied with the sound as well as the look of the system. The only minor thing I've noticed is an occasional muted wha-wha sound from the subwoofer, usually when there's higher-pitched female dialogue. But this is not a problem, as everything sounds clearer and richer. I don't know anything about electronics, and am pretty intimidated by many of the products out there, but I am pleased that I selected the Boston Acoustics TVee Model 20.

Bought one for 46 inch Samsung LED TV. Liked it so well we bought another for a 40 inch Samsung TV we have in another room.

Good quality, sound and fair price, it works for me. I didn't want the cheapest speakers and couldn't see spending a small fortune on the best, so the Boston Acustics with it's attractive looks and good sound was just right.
