I bought this turntable to replace one that developed an electronic problem. Missed listening to my records until the Sony arrived. My records sound as good as ever.
The delivery time was very brief and the box arrived in perfect condition. I was very satisfied.

Unfortunately I did not understand that this was not a stand alone record player. After re-reading the description when I received it, I realized my mistake. [...]
The delivery time was amazingly fast. The product was in perfect condition and packaged very carefully. unfortunately because I'm a novice, I didn't realize other components were needed. I read wrong and thought it was a stand alone record player. Unfortunately I needed to return it. However I will definately order from abt when needed and recommend it to friends.

I needed a way to turn my vinyl into CD's as I'm basically too cheap to purchase CD's from albums I already own. The software supplied took a little getting used too and it misses a track or two, however you can cut, paste and format should that happen. I don't have much to say in the negative, for the money it's done what I expected

Software for me was hard to learn. Splits songs wrong,9 songs is max unless I am doing something wrong.

We are recording all of our vinyl to mp3 format to get vinyl quality sound on a cd. Its so easy to use and aside from just recording well, it plays our vinyl with great quality sound. We put all of the music on an external harddrive so there is no extra space needed on the computer. Its perfect for easy storage and retrieval.
Great, prompt delivery. Perfect condition. Customer service helped me make sure that I would get the product in its original box, but inside of an ABT box so as to conceal the item since it was a birthday gift. It was very helpful to talk to an actual person about my concerns.
