We just use the turntable to play my fiance's old albums. It was easy to hook up and in no time he was listening to albums he had not picked up in years. So far, so good!!!

All my boyfriend wanted for Valentine's Day was a simple vinyl record player. In store prices were expensive and had too many additional features. This one is easy to use and he loves it!

I use this unit only for playing records. I don't digitize anything. This unit is easy to use and delivers consistent results. That vinyl sound is unlike any other. I would reccomend this product to anyone.

I have my turntable connected to a receiver with speakers. Most of my very old recordings sound pristine with no static. I'm delighted with the clear sound. And it is an attractive piece of equipment, easy to use.

This is a solid turntable. The equalizer function is a key plus. The sound quality is very good. This is perfect for people that still have vinyl yet don't want to spend a fortune for an audiophile turntable.

I bought this turntable to play my old vinyl records. It works great for that and feeds into my 27-year old Amp. There are more expensive units that can burn CDs directly or that can feed to a computer to burn CDs. That would be a better choice for someone who wishes to save the music from their old vinyl records.

Just started a record collection and wanted an affordable record player, and this one fits the bill. VERY affordable, great sound, and easy to set up. We've only had it two weeks, but not problems thus far. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a recreational record player.

It was easy to assemble, and it works well. The only feature I wish it had is a lever to lift the arm off and on the record for more gentle band selection.

This product is very simple and easy to use. It's so easy a caveman can do it. Just kidding. It is simple to assemble, and the sound is good. I've been using it for about a month steady and have yet to experience any problems.

After I read online that it should be hooked into the line-in outlet on back of my computer, it worked wonderfully. That allowed me to hear the songs as they were recording. I went online and got free download of Audacity software. This allows me to fix background noise and clicks somewhat. All in all, I think it is great for downloading all of my old vinyl collection of albums. Very reasonable price, also.

I remember that sound, vinyl crackling thru the speakers! This turntable took me back 20 years and I hope to digitize my vinyl library using it. Nothing sounds as warm as vinyl with a good set of speakers. Only drawback, no tone arm adjments.

Only been using it several weeks, seems to consistently and accurately handle auto arm motion and tracking, stylus seems stable but not too heavy (I havent measured its weight yet). No complaints about the audio out quality. No tone arm adjustments or speed control. No USB out.

A previous reviewer mentioned the RCA connection leads were short. I agree. In my installation it would have been better if they were 6" longer. I now need to disconnect from the amp to get full access to the back panel. Great advantage that it has a selectable phono preamp.

Got even better results when I ran the turntable's phono pre-amp section first into an early 70's dynaco pre-amp (half volume) then to the amp. The sound stage was noticeably improved. Can't go wrong for [...] bucks.

Well: As I had bad experiences with cheaper brands of turntables, I was confident in buying this PSLX250H, mainly because it was manufactured by Sony - a excellent brand with a good repetation for quality.
And, as I expected, I was not dissapointed. It looks great, feels great and works great, what more do you need?
Excellent features are:
Fully automatic operation
Supports 33-1/3 and 45 rpm playing speeds
Belt-drive system
Static balance tonearm
Convenient front-mounted controls for simplicity

I really enjoy using this turntable as the sound quality is superb for LP's and Singles. [...]

I would highly recommend this product to anyone that is looking for a good basic turntable.
