After spending time with sales reps at the stores, I went on line to order this product. I am so glad that I did it this way b/c the model I bought was not on display, but had the features I wanted with out the expensive ones I didn't want or need. The salesman in the store was about to sell me a model for $2800, but when I got home and did an on line comparison on the ABT web sight, I found what I needed for [$]! It is a fabulous double oven and while it is not TOP OF THE LINE, it is perfect for our needs. I highly recommend doing some leg work at the stores and then making the purchase on line at home with no salesmen to pressure you. I ordered it on line on Wednesday night and it was installed on Firday morning of that same week (the key was that it was an item listed as "in stock"). I couldn't be happier.

We waited five years to replace our failing oven, and this was worth the wait. The oven windows are so large and the light is so bright that you can actually watch the changes in the food as it bakes. It has convection in both top and bottom units and is loaded with features to control how it heats. Its settings are very intuitive.
Since it has only been a few weeks, it is definitely infatuation, but if we still feel this way after a few years, it could very well be true love.
Delivery was exactly as promised.
Customer Service was exceptional. I had a great conversation with the representative when I called to ask a question and ended up ordering the oven. This was my first experience with Abt, but I have already recommended Abt to a dozen people and I am planning another purchase very soon.
In this day and age of tedious voicemail menus and phone calls that end up on the other side of the ocean, it is refreshing to find this type of customer service.
