Comments about KitchenAid Kitchenaid Stainless Steel 27" Architect Series II Built In Double Oven:

In general, I'm happy with the ovens, with the exception of the repairs. I have a large extended family, and am now the designated large group cook. Thanksgiving for 22 is easy (relatively).I was told by the repair service that the fans go out often, and I'm on my 3rd fan on top, and 2nd on bottom. The thermostat went out on the bottom, recently, and the technician said it was installed incorrectly. It wasn't. the venting is bad-impossible to clean, and gets loud. That's why the thermostat went bad, I cleaned the oven with a bad fan, and it overheated. I do like it, and have no comparison.

Comments about KitchenAid Kitchenaid Stainless Steel 27" Architect Series II Built In Double Oven:

The ovens are well built and work great. It takes about 10 minutes to preheat to 350 F, so they do heat up quickly. The controls are nicely designed, and easy to use. Baking uses both the bake and broil heating elements, so things may brown more on top, especially if you increase the temperature in the middle of baking something. If multiple pans are not staggered on the two racks, condensation can build up on the upper pan. The oven doors stay cool while baking, and the ovens retain their heat for a long time -- they are well insulated.

Service & Delivery comments:

The oven was delivered in the promised time frame, and was in perfect condition.
