I find all available cooking options do an exceptional job. My only complaint is that the oven does not offer a delay start, with use of the meat probe. The oven MUST be preheated prior to the use of the meat probe Therefore, resulting in a minor burn (even with mitts on) when connecting the meat probe. The ovens also tends to generate a great deal of heat into the kitchen, due to the oven cabinet cool down fan systems. That vents hot air continually out of the bottom of the oven during the entire cooking process.
