This purchase was an afterthought for us but we're glad we have it. It's so cool. In the summer we can put in several cobs of corn. The touchpad asks us, do we have corn on the cob or kernals. Then it asks us how al dente we'd like it. Touch of the finger - a few minutes later perfect corn, asparagus, artichokes, potatoes, etc. You can make many things in this oven from cakes to pasta. It's a novelty but we (as vegetarians) wouldn't be without it.
