Ok, where can we begin- Let's just say I've had knobs fall off due to faulty design, a replacement computer board and more service calls for this product than anything else we own (and we own lots of stuff). How, in this day and age, a temperature knob was approved WITHOUT ANY EXACT settings is beyond me (i.e. when you twist the temp knob, you need to close one eye to GUESS where the temp is!). Enough said. AVOID THIS PRODUCT [...] ARROGANT VIKING COMPANY!
