When finally being able to remodel my outdated kitchen, the one thing I wanted to splurge on was an oven. I researched, tested, and shopped for awhile until I decided that the Miele Novatronic seemed to be the best. After using this oven for 1 year now, I am in total love worship with it! I can't say enough about how wonderful it is to put a roast in the oven using the Master Chef feature, and push the control for medium doneness, and viola...a roast done perfect each and every time...NO Guesswork! Prime rib is perfect, chicken, steaks...yes, baked steaks that taste wonderful. Cookies, cakes, casseroles, you name it...this oven does it to perfection. Thanksgiving turkey is moist, skin well crisped, and no guesswork when done thanks to the Master Chef feature. The self clean feature is one of the best I have used.I have never done a review before, because I have never been totally pleased with a product...but, I am 100% happy with this Miele oven. When I think over the last 30 years of the many stoves and ovens I have went through...the price on this Miele is well worth it. We eat at home more frequently now, because I can make a prime rib that equals any top restaurant, an excellent roasted chicken...this oven has made me a better cook than I actually am...I give it all the credit!
