My wife uses it for getting good stills of her Norwegian Forest Cat kittens (breeder)for her website, and I use it to catch my beautiful little granddaughter in her mischef! It's perfect for quick shots and has absolutely great stereo audio. The picture quality is beyond great! Highly reccomended - built like a tank!

Service & Delivery comments:

My first order I got the wrong one (my mistake) - they sent a pickup ticket to return at no charge and sent the unit I should have ordered the next day. Good combination here - ABT and Sony - you can't go wrong with that!

I bought this camera mainly to transfer our existing Hi-8 home movies to DVD, since our original camera stopped working. The price was right and it has worked to do that, but I was disappointed and amazed that this camera has mono-only audio output! I didn't know that any video cam mfr has made anything but units that record in stereo for the last 10 yrs. Our home movies were recorded in stereo, but now they are recorded on DVD w/o stereo...which is a bit disappointing.

EASY playback feature does not let you set counter back to zero. This feature is really worthless unless you like the pretty blue lite when you activate the feature.
