Replaced a 15-year old dishwasher with this one, and did the installation myself. We've been running it for about three weeks so far and have been very satisfied. The wash cycle is long, but since we usually run it at the end of the day, we don't care. It's reasonably quiet and does a much better job of washing off the tough stuff than the old dishwasher did.

I bought this dishwasher to replace a 10 year old model, and it is a downgrade. It runs for 3-4 hours (I'm not kidding) and then the dishes still aren't clean. If you don't fully rinse a dish before you put it in the food will still be there when you take it out.

The silverware rack is easy to remove for unloading. The machine is louder than we expected but not too bad.

We entertain a lot and have 2 identical dishwashers. This model is very sleek and attractive and the price point was very reasonable. They work fine and have the silverware on the door leaving much more room for dishes. The deep tub lets us wash even very large pots and pans. Just what we wanted.

The 2 dishwashers arrived promptly, very nice delivery personnel.Great over the phone support staff. Excellent choice for delivery in our area, wish I knew who they were.

We recently bought this dishwasher to replace our older, more expensive one. I truly like this product better! The large capacity (tall tub) is really great and the dishes come out spotless. We love the sleek look of it. The only thing I had to get used to was loading the silverware while the basket lays flat, where as my other dishwasher had the silverware basket upright. This allows more room for other dishes(and the basket can be placed anywhere--I leave it against the front panel) ...Great product!

Used to own a Bosch, but wasn't working and was going to be too expensive to fix. Purchased the Whirlpool after looking into Consumer Reports. Ranked pretty high, so we decided for the price it was a great option. The Bosch definitely was higher quality when it came to the racks, inside walls, front appearance. However, the Whirlpool cleans just as well, easier to load, and honestly performs equal or better in my opinion. I thought I would NOT like the silverware in the door, and sometimes it is a pain when the bottom rack gets caught on something...But, I LOVE the extra room it gives me on the lower rack. Also, before I put a rinse agent in...it dried terribly. I was unhappy with it, but then put the Jet Dry in it and it dried great! Even better than the Bosch, to my surprise. Definitely would buy this product again.

This is a very nice dishwasher. I've been using it for about a month now and it does an excellent job cleaning the dishes and even does a good job on pots & pans. It can ocassionally seem a little loud but it is not overpowering. The adaptive wash feature is great!

When I purchased my townhouse, it came with the original dishwasher. It was loud and it never cleaned right. I would describe it as someone spitting on the dishes. After looking into energy efficient dishwasher, this model received the best reviews and the price was actually reasonable and affordable. I've had it for 2 months and I have zero complaints. And my water bill has gone down!
