Battery lasts a long time. Sound quality is great and the person on the other line hears the same quality. I use it all the time in the car. The only bad thing about this item is the power on button. It is hard to push sometimes. You'll need two hands to turn it on.

I bought this bluetooth for its attractive design and hoped that it would be reliable. However after just 6 months of use, I lost volume and hearing. I returned it to the manufacture for a repair or a replacement and it worked for maybe 2 weeks and problem resurfaced. When it was working it had good sound and battery life, but I just became frustrated when I lost volume and hearing on this device. I have since purchased a different brand.

Very comfortable to wear with interchangeable ear pieces to fit any size. Volume is loud and clear. Perfect for me, being hard of hearing. Very stable on my ear. I wish the mic were just a tad more sensitive. Great product.
