Bought this system to have the answering machine function. Already own Uniden TRU9465-2 (no answering machine) and like the handsets MUCH BETTER !!! I wish I had the features of both combined - like the Uniden TRU9485-2. Oh well - next time !! Overall satisfied with Uniden products though !!
