Only had it a few weeks but so far it's doing fine. Haven't faxed much but the bit I did was fine. Only thing negative is that the answering machine doesn't note a hang-up too well & keeps recording after someone stops talking or even records static for those who listen to the outgoing greeting & then don't leave a message.

I liked the cordless phone feature and the phone is excellent from previous experience.
Low maintenance machine. Phone replacement batteries are low cost if purchased thru Panasonic. Fax Display could have used a little better light.
I'd buy the same machine any time.
