The piece is extremely well finished with a smooth and attractive design. It gave us enough room for all of our components, but left little space for media storage. We placed a 52" plasma television on it, and it looks great!
Wiring the unit was quite easy also.

Bought this unit to fit a 73 " DLP TV. The deep espresso color is exactly as pictured. The entire credenza is NOT solid wood, only the outside is. I'd wish it had 2 more shelves to hold components( only holds 4)Speaker cutouts are a nice plus, although the space in the middle to hold subwoofer is too narrow. Also there's no space for media storage. Overall, a beautiful, nice, sturdy, modern, low profile unobtrusive cabinet to showcase your TV and hide speakers without blocking out the sound. Delivered already assembled!
