The chair has a million functions and does just about everything. It's wonderful to sit down in and let it work it's magic.

Only two things: First, the ottoman stretches out to accommodate for leg length, BUT only stretches out to about 5'8". I happen to be 5'8", so it isn't a HUGE deal, but I could stretch out a little longer, which would definitely be more comfortable. And if I were 5'9" or taller, I'd be pretty peeved that I bought a chair that won't fit me. Also, the leg extension is manual, like a car seat sort of. You pull a lever and stretch your legs out. This would be a much nicer feature if the leg extension were electronic like everything else.

Second: It has a time limit of 15 minutes. Before I bought the chair I thought it would be an insignificant detail. But it actually shuts down after 15 minutes. So if you want to do any more than that, you have to completely power up the chair again, and go through the body scan again. I would like a feature on the chair to continue my current massage. It's really annoying to get nice and relaxed (which might take half your time), and then have the chair turn off 7 minutes later.

In the end, I might recommend this chair to my short and average height friends, but for my taller friends, I would tell them to keep looking. Being able to try out a chair before buying it is paramount. An option I definitely wish I had had.
