This is a terrific addition to any grill. Its great for those little things. I grilled some shrimp and scallops along side some asparagus and red peppers and the low height of the sides and overall size made it a dream to use. I'm even thinking about getting a second one for larger situations. Two would fit my Weber Summitt perfectly. The one peice construction is great. You really can't go wrong with this grill
As far as cleaning, I did use Pam, and except for the expected staining, it cleaned up fine. I really don't care if its bright and shiny, so not really a consideration for me.

I love this grill plate. It is not as easy to clean as the "non stick" but it will last a life time as it will never rust and no coating to peel off into your food! I am replacing all my grill plates and baskets for this nice stainless steel cookwear.

Works better than any grill pan I have ever used. The raised sides keep small foods from sliding out and the slots let food actually grill instead of steaming them. Great product! I just have to figure out how to clean it without a lot of effort everytime I use it.

After reading a cooking review where this pan rated top in performance against more expensive pans, I decided to buy one. I really like the pan's narrow slots, which allow vegetables to sear and carmelize nicely, while not stewing or falling through. Cleans up quickly, and for outside dining, I just set the pan onto a trivet right at the table.

I use it to grill vegetables, chicken breasts & roasted potatoes. It is large enough to cook several different entries on the same pan, the sides prevent spillage & it is easy to carry from kitchen to grill. It is an extremely good accessory to my grilling tools.
It is best to lightly oil it before use & cook at low to moderate heat.
