Comments about Wusthof Wusthof Gourmet 4-Piece Steak Knife Set:
We read in "The Big Black Book" that High-Carbon Stainless Steel was the best material for knives and that Wusthof was one of the best manufacturers. We've like the knives so much that we've had steak twice in two weeks and we don't really like steak too much. These knives, though, make you want to use them!
