Comments about Sony Sony Xplod 10-Disc Add-On CD/MP3 Changer:
Purchased to install in an older vehicle that I use primarily for longer road trips. Great sound for an FM modulated unit. Remote control is very convenient and the CD magazine is interchangable with a much older Sony changer I bought over ten years ago. Not the latest technology, but a sound choice if you mainly want to listen to your CDs.

Once installed the product works well. The sliding door comes off the track very easily and is not that easy to get back on track. Just a little frustrating. Not what I would expect froma Sony product.
It does priduce a great sound and it changes disc very smoothly and quietly. The remote control works better than the dash control.

Great for long trips. Just load 10 CD's and, depending on the length of each one, you're good for up to 600 miles. This depends on which part of America you live in, of course. Controls are easy to use and work well.

Have used the product for 3 weeks and it works great. It took me about 2 hours to install which is not bad but still can be a little trying as you are contorting your body trying to reach up behind the dash trying to gain access to the antenna connection of your in dash car stereo. Overall, a very good product that I would recommend.

It would be nice if the screen provided additional button features other than pause, play and stop, instead of always having to use the remote.

I love what Sony has done in terms of features and looks. What I dislike is the flimsy shutter. I wish it was more sturdy. Apart from that it is one lovely piece of addition to any ride. Get one today!!!
