This is a great unit that has great features! The buttons and schemes are customizable, and the unit is easy to use. Navigation works nicely in urban areas, but there is slight inaccuracy with rural navigation, but nothing that isnt easily correctable. Navigation works great for me, and for anyone that is partially competent. THe ipod interface is great, slightly slow with artists and albums, but that is only due to the amount of music that I have. I highly recommend this unit!

Very good product. With the recent rebate promotion this unit was a steal! Installation is straightforward but be cautious if you use Metra harnesses to install. Many features were disabled until I inspected the adapter harnesses. The vehicle adapter was perfect but the vehicle to Pioneer adapter is worthless - many of the pins were in the wrong slots and had to be repositioned. The Pioneer menus are mediocre but adequate. Perfomance so far has been outstanding. Check online resources for installation and wiring information - it helps with making the unit more useable as well as finding undocumented features such as the ability to add custom backgrounds and much more. Many users have posted photos of which wires to tap into for several of the leads such as the speed sensor wire and reverse senser wire for the backup camera (I never would have figured which wire this one was without online help). Even if you're having it installed it pays to know what your installer should be doing with the wiring.

What a great unit....and PACKED with features. Sound is good; Ipod integration is good; bluetooth featureworks well. Having to use the navigation DVD every time I plan a new route is a little inconvenient, but given everything else is does so well, I still recommend it.
