This miracle arrived just after our second son was born. Can't say enough good things about it, the unit is simple to operate, makes great lattes, and is a snap to clean. My wife was also able to start making her own lattes within a week, BRILLIANT. The only other device in the house she dares tackle is the Tivo, so the bar is fairly high.
I have had not issues with any part of this product and after about 50 cups already brewed I can't imagine life without it. We also use the hot water feature quite regularly for tea.
ABT as always was stellar, we have now bought entire kitchens from this store and have NEVER been disappointed.
Way to go!

We researched this purchase since May of 2007, and just made the purchase in October. We went between a large version for over $3,000.00 and smaller versions - more home style because of the small number of people requesting this type of coffee. We are very pleased with the quality of the drink, the ease of making a cup, and the ease of clean-up. And the machine does not take up a lot of cupboard space. I have had no negative comments on your product - all positive.

i enjoy this coffee maker, a little loud at times and water does not get hot enough for someone that adds milk or cream to their coffee
