I love waking gradually without the jarring, annoying alarm. I've been awake before the annoying buzz has gone off every morning and am very happy not to have to hear that noise ever again! The light and nature noises gradually bring you awake and make the day start that much nicer. Great product!

I really wanted to like this clock. I used it for two weeks to see if I would acclimate to it, but it never worked for me. The light is very dim and does not mimic sunlight in the room. The sounds are better at a very low volume - higher volumes distort them a lot. I am a heavy sleeper, and the light and sounds did not wake me up. After 30 minutes, you get a loud high-pitched beeping (like a large truck makes when it backs up). The loud beeping certainly woke me up, but it is so loud that it jars you out of sleep. There are regular alarm clocks that do a better job. I had to return this.

The sound settings on this clock are very cheap digital, not as expected. The actual design is not good -- very small buttons on the side, layout of design is wierd. Looks a lot better on the website. Clock works okay, but it's really overpriced.

I bought this product mainly for the dawn simulator feature, because I find it difficult to wake up on time during the winter due to it being dark outside. I have had this product for about 2 1/2 weeks and it has never failed to wake me up. I love the fact that the light comes on 30 minutes before the alarm is set and the nature sounds start 15 minutes later. I usually wake up just before the nature sounds start, so I have a nice 15 minutes to enjoy in bed before the alarm goes off and I have to get up. The aroma feature doesn't seem to really have any effect, but that could just be me. Overall I am very satisfied with this product and would recommend it to anyone who needs light to wake up.

For what you pay for this product it really is not worth it. Although it functions as described, you will if you are a deep sleeper stick with an ordinary alarm clock. If you are into gadgets and have the money to spend you will enjoy it. The light is not as bright as I expected. It gets as bright as a plain night light. Depending on where you place it, it may even be darker.

Overall this product is GREAT! I have not used the aromatherapy, as it is a little too strong for my allergies & asthma. A bit pricey but totally worth it!

I'm a deep sleeper and hate waking up early in the morning. With other alarm clocks, I usually wake up only to hit the snooze button ten more times. With this alarm, it makes getting up almost pleasurable ;) I especially like the aromatherapy beads- a great way to get me going first thing! I only wish that the light radiated a bit brighter, but other than that this is an all around great product. Highly recommended and a great value!

Con: Clock display is very bright in the dark. There is no day/night adjustment for brightness.
Con: Wake up alarm sound is very jarring - after a peaceful sunrise simulation and softly singing birds, it sounds like a garbage truck is backing up though the bedroom. So much for the peaceful wake up. There is no volume adjustment for the alarm sound. I would not recommend this product.

Pros:- Looks freakishly large in the photo. Don't sorry it's not THAT big.-It's nice to have a light on when you wake up and the nature sounds are pleasant.Cons:-The light isn't that bright. I certainly couldn't say that if fills the room. It's just a little stronger than a night light. -Setting it seems more complicated then need be. -The fragrances that come with it stink. You will want to buy your own essential oils.I got this clock because it was the least expensive version of these types of alarm clocks which my husband decided he had to have. I was really excited about waking up and feeling like it was daylight. Ummm...Ya. Not so much. I suppose it's better than nothing. But I really sort of wish that I had held out and saved up for a phillips or sony one because I think they may have done a better job at simulating daylight. Bottom line, I think you probably get what you pay for with these things. I just couldn't justify a [$] alarm clock! I guess if you are going to shell out [$] bucks for one you might as well go all the way and get one that's more like a sun lamp.

I gently wake up to the soft noise it plays, but often just find myself rolling over when the light gets too bright. The beeping that happens at the end of the 30 mins is so loud and obnoxious it is hardly a peaceful way to wake up. I find myself setting an alarm on my phone to go off before the beeping starts so i don't wake up in a fret every morning. Other than that, I do really like this alarm clock.
