Simple, durable outdoor fireplace. This isn't the prettiest fireplace, but it sure is functional - very practical for anyone that wants to extend the life of their patio into the fall months and isn't interested in spending a lot of on the "prettier" copper versions that aren't nearly as durable. Use the lid to re-direct heat out, instead of up, on cold nights,and also to smother fire if you are ready to go to bed before it burns out.

I JUST REPLACED THIS EXACT SAME FIREPLACE THAT I BOUGHT OVER 25 YEARS AGO. ABOUT 10 YEARS AGO I WAS TOLD THEY DIDN'T MAKE THIS ANY MORE AS I WAS TRYING TO REPLACE THE FRAME THAT HOLDS THE TOP UP BECAUSE IT HAD RUSTED. I MADE ONE OUT OF GALVANIZED METAL BECAUSE I LIKED THE FIREPLACE SO MUCH. I STARTED SHOPPING TO REPLACE IT AND WAS THRILLED TO FIND THE SAME MODEL ON THE INTERNET. I NOW HAVE A FRESH NEW VERSION OF THIS MODEL AND MY DAUGHTER HAS THE OLD ONE WHICH IS STILL FULLY FUNCTIONAL AND STILL LOOKS GOOD.

I live in Massachusetts and we are still using this on our deck and don't even realize how cold and snowy it is here.
