I have had this hot/cold dispenser for less than 3 years and it does not work anymore. The lever to push for hot continually went limp making it impossible to shut off until it sprang back
( usually took 5 min. or so) then it would come on on its own!and finally the tank began leaking. A very expensive purchase for only less than three years use and it comes with only a 1 year warrantee.
