This was used on an airplane where 2 sets of headphones are a must for both viewers! Also, get a carrying case to hold all the goodies - movies, headphones and accessories.

Some might think the screen is too small where a larger one would signicantly decrease the battery life.

I would have added back-lite controls. I use this on my commute, most of the time in the dark. Great picture, sound is ok, easy to charge and plays cds too.

And I love the red color!

I have had this portable DVD player for a little over a week now.The High Definition Screen and tone quality truly amaze me. It's much better than I expected!The screen is 800*400 resolution and you can change the display format between Normal and Full.The battery life is also excellent. It's about 6 hours and if you turn the LCD brightness down and use a earphone, it will be longer. I also like the remote control.What's more it doesn't get hot even you use it several hours.

So i highly recommend this SONY DVD player.

I guess the reason why I brought my Sony DVD player was the fact that I already owned a Coby portable dvd and my #1 con is that on a full battery charged you only get less than one hour of any show. So I was in the market to buy something whereas I could finish at least one full length movie. And also I loved the feature of how it swivels or lay flat.

I bought this little red DVD to watch movies on a train trip to Florida. The kids love to watch their movies on this DVD player. It is a beautiful red. Great picture and sound quality. Sturdy construction. Very lightweight and portable. Haven't tried to play CD's or anything other than DVD's on it.

This Sony portable dvp Fx 820 is so solid and so cute in red the colour is awesome together with the sound is clear,you dont need a headphone unless something must wrong with your ears.I too give 5 stars to sony, hopefully sony will back again 10.2 inches blu ray portable dvp,by the way we bought 2 units from abt[@]and fast service the price is reasonable thanks abt[@]
