I have owned this headphone for about 3 years now. I loved it from day 1 and I still love it. It is very, very, durable and the sound is great. I use for jogging/walking everyday and I also have traveledaround the country with them. It is also nice for listening to movies on airplaines. They fold up and can fit into your pocket.

Very good headphones, much better sound than 250 noize cancelling variety. They work wel for jogging, only drawback is moderate amount of wond noize.

The earphones provide very good, if not spectacular audio performance. They're much better than the earbuds that came with my mp3 (ok, that's not saying much!)
The point is, I found my ears ringing from the buds, and I don't jack up my unit to high volume.
The ambient sound is present, but personally I wanted to be able to hear the outside world, as I'm wearing them on the street.
They do fold up, but the case is a bit awkward.
That said, I do recommend them as a great replacement for the cheap ipod or mp3 buds, full stop

I normally use bottom of the line products, so I'm impressed by the sound output of these. It took a week or so to get the folding thing done quickly without thought, but other than that, they're great. I use them out and about with an MP3 player and inside with a computer for long hours. They're good for both.

I bought these to use a replacment for my Ipod earbuds. I use these while traveling and while working out in the gym. The only drawback is the foam collects sweat and must be dried out.

These things sound great. Bass is very good as well.

If you want to damamge your hearing just continue using the low cost in ear buds. If you want great sound out of your Ipod or PC use these.

I love Sennheiser headphones and use this pair for use with a PDA. Ear buds are, in my opinion, uncomfortable and do not allow you to hear sound around you. These are nice sounding phones, my only complaint is it takes a time or two to learn how to fold them to put them in the carrying case. Overall I'm very pleased with them and would recommend them if you need phones that can be reduced in size for storage.

The cord for this is a little short, so is best used with portable devices. Other than that, the sound is clear and the headphones themselves are comfortable.

This is the 3rd pair of Sennheiser PX100 that I purchased. Bought one for my 17 year old at Christmas for this iPod video. He simply loved it and never had headphones that great. I tried them and started using his and have been for 3 months. Finally bought him a new pair of PX100 and kept the older ones and also bought a pair for my wife.

I use them myself on my little iPod shuffle and I hear sound I don't in my really good car stereo. It brings the music right into your head. Almost feels like you're there.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS WITH MP3 PLAYERS !!!

This year I received an MP3 player from Santa and realized the ear buds that came with it were horrible after about 10 minutes of use. A friend had a pair of Sennheiser phones and an internet search got me to their PX100 lightweight fold up headphones. These are outstanding headphones. They are so light you have to think about the fact you have them on to realize you have them on. They come in a great carrying case. The sound quality is excellent. The sides are "vented", so if you need to hear outside sound, simply turn them down and you will. Or, you can crank up the sound and NOT hear any outside sound. I wear hearing aids in both ears, so "ear bud" types of listening devices don't work for me. These are a superb alternative -- very light-weight, portable, and the sound is light years better than the buds that came with the iPod.

Looking for good quality headphones, I read a lot of reviews and checked out a lot of different headphones. I don't like to buy twice. If I buy something, I want to get quality at a good price the first time. This Sennheiser Headphone had great reviews by both users and experts. When they arrived, I was anxious to try them out and see what they were like, see what everyone was exclaiming about. I opened them up before Christmas and tried them out. Wow! I was impressed. I bought a set for my son in England. And my headphones never made it under the tree. I have been using them since they arrived. These are some great headphones. Had great sound for such lightweight headphones. I wear them at the gym. They do get wet of course, but they dry off. I think I may have to replace the foam earpieces at some point, but that's to be expected. I would recommend them highly due to their great sound for the money. They make my IPOD sound great!
