I'm not a fan of earbuds, so I am using this product using regular headphones (purchased separately). Not a big fan of having the headphone connection on the bottom of the unit, but that's just me.

Aside from that, the only real complaint I have about this item is that the screen is prone to scratches, and it happens very easily. Invest in a protective case for it should you decide to purchase this. The interface is decent but by no means perfect. I like that it "remembers" where you left off, even when it shuts down for power saving (and switching on is very fast). Transfer software has a built-in converter for videos (make sure you change the display to sideways so that you can see more of the videos/photos). Battery life is very good, until you watch videos (I managed to get about 3 hours before going down to one bar, but then spent the rest of the work day listening to music without further draining).
