Backwards Compatible, DVD Upconversion, Easy Set-Up, Excellent Image Quality, Good Connections, Good Soundtrack Support, Upgradeable

Cons:

Locks up mid movie, Non competitive warranty, Poor customer support, Poor Image Quality, Slow Load Time, Stutters play, Very poor warranty

Third unit and still same issue!Warranty only 3 mo full then 12 mo parts -[$] for their repair center to work on unit.Sony and other mfg full year on parts AND labor!customer service at LG not helpful, took threats to go the attorney gen to compel them to honor the warranty.3rd unit and same problems exist!On its way back for another "repair" only 4 months old! maybe 4th time is the charmI highly do not recemmend this unit.Check reviews of those that have had the unit for a while to get the real issues...Not a value in the long run!
