Setup and firmware update were very easy and Sony has great support on their website. I was up and running watching Blu Ray in 1080p in 40 minutes! Picture is incredible. Great product, just slow start up.
Abt was top notch. Item was shipped fast and as described. Their price was the best I found as well. Great job!

I loved watching 3 years of "Rescue Me" with no commercials. It seemed more like a long movie. The 3rd year was Blue Ray but other years looked almost as good. The unit worked best when I used A HDMI Cable hook up to my newer HDTV 1080p but also very good on an older HDTV 1080i with composite hook up. The sound is excellent with seperate amp and speakers of coarse.

The picture is excellent and I don't find the load time to be excessive (as some reviewers did). I do find the controls to be somewhat balky. It can take a while to respond to OPEN, CLOSE, etc.
