We use this stand-alone DVD recorder on ultrasound/computed sonography machines. It is a cost effective solution to Medical Grade integrated DVD recorders that provide the same quality of recording.

It is slightly slow when it comes to recording, but the trade-off for cost, ease of use, lengthy recording times and portability greatly make up for this minor inconvenience.
