[...]set-up were easy - even for the technically challenged. This set was perfect for current interface with our cable system since nothing is broadcast in 1080p currently and the cost savings was substantial. Reduced glare is great and perfect for our darker family room. Highly recommended.

It is a good quality and easy to use. I put it in the living room. It is does not take a lot of space and looks very nice

Service & Delivery comments:

It was delivered on scheduled date, but I took a day off waiting for the delivery, because the service company does not give the exact arriving time. Produst arrived in good condition.

Really nice tv--just a bit expensive over the other brands.

Service & Delivery comments:

Delivery was very prompt and arrived in good condition. Customer service was helpful, though I had to call a few times. However, my situation was a complicated gift return/upgrade purchase that involved return shipping, ordering new product and separate payment sources. They ultimately did exactly what they said they would do, and were very curteous.

Great picture, incredible view in HD. A great purchase.

Service & Delivery comments:

Service was great. It took about a week to get to me, but the delivery man called me to schedule a day and was there later that afternoon. Didn't take more than about 10 minutes to get my HDTV rolling!
