My 40-in LCD fits perfectly on this stand and looks great. I can place my DVR and XBox 360 side-by-side without any problem. Drawbacks: the middle shelf is secured by only a single screw, so it is prone to fall down if too much pressure is put on it. Also, there is not much space between the middle shelf and bottom shelf, so DVD's cannot be stored upright. Overall though a nice stand with sturdy construction.
