I think you would be hard pressed to find a better camera for $300.00. The zoom is awesome and the clarity of the pictures is great. Shutter speed is a little slow, so you have to learn to time your action shots a little bit. but overall, this is a great piece of equipment for the prosumer that does not want to spend a bunch.

I love my camera, it takes excellent clear pictures, great video, the flash goes up to 29 feet and is adjustable. Overall, a great camera and easy for all users.

This is my first time owning a digital camera that offered this many manual controls and I have to admit that I'm a little overwhelmed. I think it's due to my lack of experience though and I'm working hard to remedy that! So far, my only disappointment is the slow shutter speed. Overall I'm very pleased.

Pretty easy to use, more advanced features than a compact digital camera. Many options for enhancing photos if that is your interest. ABove all, great picture quality...even if you are a little shaky, camera compensates for your jitters.

Did a lot of research and narrowed it down to the H2 and the Canon S3IS and everyone I spoke to recommended the H2 as well as better pricing.

Highly recommend it.

This camera is everything I was hoping for. Beautiful construction, feels nice and solid in my hands, super zoom with the stabilization control, and gorgeous pictures!

My last camera was the Nikon Coolpix 2500 and this is so superior in EVERY way!
