I feel that I did plenty of research before buying this camera, and during that research I read reviews criticising build quality and control layout. Now that I have owned the camera for a few weeks I could not be happier with it, the build quality seems just fine, the controls make perfect sense to me (a beginner) and the pictures are fantastic - Happy Days!
