The above CON listed on video zoom is in regards to no zoom while actual video is being shot. You can pause and then zoom in/out and cont then to play but not while actual recording.

This is a great deal! The only drawback is that the camera is A LOT thicker than it appears in the picture. Make sure you actually read the dimensions and are okay with it before you purchase it. But if you just want a camera to take pictures with when you go out and travel with but don't want to spend the big bucks because camera depreciates faster than cars, then this is the one for you!
