The team who came to deliver my new refrigerator and haul away my old one was fantastic. They were on time and moved pretty quickly. They explained everything I needed to do in order to start using the water/ice functions and even gave me some options for ordering new filters through Abt.

You were wonderful. You communicated before your arrival and identified yourself at the door. You effectively and efficiently removed the old refrigerator out of my kitchen and safely brought in the new one. Your installation was perfect. You explained how the ice and water worked and what we had to do. You and your assistant were great. I cannot say enough for how satisfied my son and I were with your delivery and professionalism. I placed my order online. After placing my order, I discovered that I could have gone through Costco, since delivery and hauling are free. I wanted to cancel my order but the marketing rep, via the chat box, gave me a discount on the dryer price. Never disclosed that I was planning to order through Costco.
The two delivery personnels were very courteous and pleasant. I have an issue with smelling so told them to ensure that the gas line was hooked up tight. They also took a look at the outside vent and recommended that I have it cleaned regularly, which I do. The whole experience was done professionally and felt comfortable with them. I am a senior but was spoken to like an adult. Great interaction!

Fantastic!! Highly recommend ABT for purchase and full installation/removal of appliances. Great experience from beginning to end. Friend of mine recommended them and I will use them again (need a dishwasher). Wish I hadn't used AJ Madison for my washer/dryer. Oh well.

The service from start to finish was amazing. Our Salesman Mr. Beer was accommodating and knowledgeable. Deliver was scheduled for a later time. They called and ask can they deliver early. Delivery was seamless. The made sure the product was leveled and working.

"Jose" arrived on time, reached out beforehand, and took the extra time to answer my questions rather than simply dropping off the delivery and leaving. That level of personal service stands out from my experiences with other delivery companies. He also spoke highly of my sales representative, Mat Szpara, which reflected the close-knit, family-like culture at Abt. An excellent experience from purchase through delivery!

My old fridge was failing - loudly. Best Buy was supposed to measure so I would know what size refrigerator would work in my kitchen. They did not keep the appointment. In frustration, I called Abt. In about 20 minutes on the phone, salesperson Benjamin determined my fridge measurements, texted me my refrigerator options, helped me make a selection, walked me through financing, and completed the order. I was more than a little nervous shopping for a major, expensive appliance this way, and in such a short time. However, I am very happy with the fridge, and the delivery guys were fantastic.The delivery window was past the time my building allows. The customer service rep connected me with the driver, who could not change the window but said he would do his best. He made it on time. He and his partner were in and out in 30 minutes, including removing the old fridge, hooking up the new waterline connection, and installing the fridge - all while I handled a work Zoom. A+++

What a surprise to see coffee being sold where I'd buy a coffee pot! I'm excited to try this Viennese coffees, one of which I got for a gift.
I'll never make it to Austria to sit at an outdoor table and sample some pastries with a cup of hot coffee.

The two guys that delivered were early and SO nice. They voluntarily cleaned under the old washer and dryer and took the time to flip the way the dryer opened so it wouldn’t interfere with the washer position. They also let me know the water spigots were rusted and needed replaced. They offered to do it too! I have a guy coming for a leaky toilet so I told them I’d have them look at it. Overall it was a great delivery experience and I was very impressed.
