GS4: Grilling, ModernizedThe engineers at Weber have been revolutionizing the way we barbecue for over sixty years ever since they started with the philosophy of better backyard grilling over 60 years ago. Back then, all you had to do was light the charcoal grill and toss the burgers on the griddle. Using the Weber Spirit II E-210 is just as easy (and requires no charcoal waste) thanks to the GS4 high-performance grilling system. The GS4 grill system literally fuels the Spirit, with four systems keeping the grill running clean. First, the Infinity ignition system kickstarts the burners, lighting immediately every time with a little help from liquid propane. The burners then heat the griddle above and the Flavorizer bars below. These Flavorizer bars catch any drippings and juices, sizzling and reflecting smoky flavors back up at the foods above. Finally, any draining fats and drippings drain beneath the Flavorizer bars and into a drip pan that can be lined with disposable drip trays. Once all burgers are cooked and hot dogs have been covered in ketchup and mustard, make sure to turn your grill off and dispose of any leftover grease. Made to Fit Your LifeUnlike large smokers or portable grills, the Weber Spirit II E-210 Is designed for permanent residence in any area—even small spaces. The 450 square inches of cooking space allow you to make full meals for the whole family, while the device itself can be modified to fit in tight corners. A fold-down side table allows the grill to literally back against two walls, while the open cart below is equipped with a full shelf to store a tank of liquid propane.
