Navigation Tips

To shop our store with ease, simply use the navigation bars at the top, left side and bottom of each page.

The left navigation bar shows buttons to link to the various Category areas within our stores. Highlight any category and the sub-category will pop up. Highlight a sub-category and click on it, you will then be transported to that area of the store. You c an also click on any category and be transported to a page that will list all of the sub-categories of that particular product area.

Other navigation tips:

• Blue type indicates a link. Like the navigation bar, links are connections to other parts of the store.
• Clicking the "back" button on your browser's toolbar will return you to the previous page.
• Use the gray scroll bar on the right side of your screen to move up and down through the current page.

Delivery Times

To find out when your order will arrive, you need to consider the availability and the shipping option you selected. Here's the equation we use:

Availability + Shipping Time = Total Delivery Time
For example, most items on our site are in stock and available for immediate delivery.  Abt needs between 1-24 hours to process and pack your order.  Therefore, if you select UPS ground, your shipping time will normally be 2 to 7 business days, depending on where you live. This means your total delivery time will be 1 day (processing and packing) + 1 to 6 days (shipping time).  So you can expect to receive your shipment at your front door 2 to 8 days after you place your order.
Orders are shipped out Monday through Friday only.  All orders received by 2pm (central time) are processed and packed for delivery on that day. 
For example:

Place an order at 4pm on Monday, your package will go out the following day (Tuesday).
Place an order at 6am on Wednesday, your package will go out the same day (Wednesday).

Place an order at 2pm on Saturday, your package will go out the following Monday.

We offer you consistently low prices on our entire inventory of consumer electronics and appliances.  All product sold from Abt comes with a complete manufacturer's warranty.  Abt is an authorized retailer and service provider for all the products we sell.  No gray market or used goods are sold from our web site.  An extended warranty is also available.

The total cost of your order is equal to the price of your items plus shipping cost and excluding sales tax. (Only Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan and Indiana residents pay a sales tax when buying at Abt.com).

1. To add an item to your shopping cart, click the "Buy" button on any category shopping page or on any product better description page. 
2. The shopping cart with your merchandise will be listed inside the cart.  If you are not finished shopping, click on any of the category buttons (on the left navigation bar).  If you are finished, you can either get your shipping and tax estimate by filling in the designated information or click on the "Continue To Checkout"  button. 
3. You are now on the "Billing and Shipping" page.  Fill out the required information and click on the "Continue To Checkout" button.
4. Review your order to make sure everything is correct.  When finished, click on the "Submit Order" button and you are finished.  You should receive two e-mails: The first should arrive a few minutes after placing the order.  This e-mail will give you the details on the order you placed.  The second e-mail should arrive the next day with shipping confirmation and tracking numbers for your package.
