Purchases made starting November 11th, 2026 have an extended return period through January 15th, 2027. Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back. Every product we sell can be returned for a full refund, some category exclusions apply. Extended return products must be sealed and unopened.

Chicagoland Customers: Buy Online - Pickup In Store service through 12/24.
We want to help you get the gifts you purchase in time for the holidays. Here are some dates to keep in mind when ordering merchandise so it arrives by December 24th. Shipping deadlines are based on "In-Stock" items and usually ship the same day but may take up to 24 hours to process internally. Please enter your shipping zip code on the product page for a more accurate estimated delivery date. Please note, orders ship normal business days.

From November 27 through January 2, delivery times for Air packages scheduled for delivery will be extended. UPS® Next Day Air Early delivery times will be extended by 90 minutes. UPS® Next Day Air shipments destined for commercial locations will be extended to 3:00 p.m. UPS® Next Day Air shipments to residential locations and all other time definite Air services will be extended to end of day.
From November 16 through January 8, a limited number of UPS® Ground and UPS® Standard packages with certain origins and destinations will require additional time in transit.
