The instax Pal 2™ digital camera has a 1.0-inch LCD Screen on the top, so you can review your images with ease.
When it comes to personalizing your photographic style, the instax Pal 2™ digital camera offers five filter themes, each with six unique effects, so you can match every shot to your mood or aesthetic. You can even switch between instaxTM mini, SQUARE, or WIDE instant film and frameless formats before adding filters, text and stickers.

No. The camera captures digital images but does not have an instant-film print engine. Photos can be printed in instax mini, SQUARE or WIDE formats using a compatible instax Link smartphone printer or compatible instax hybrid instant camera. The printing device and compatible instax film are sold separately.

Photos transfer through the instax Pal app using Bluetooth or the built-in USB Type-C connection. USB transfer takes approximately 0.75 second per shot, while Bluetooth transfer takes approximately 15 seconds per shot. Actual transfer time can vary with file size, smartphone model and wireless conditions.

Internal memory holds approximately 100 images. For more storage, the camera supports microSD, microSDHC and microSDXC cards up to 2 TB, sold separately. Storage per 1 GB is approximately 400 images in 10MP mode or 3,400 images in 1MP mode.

The instax Pal app supports remote shooting, camera effect switching, still-image and instax Animation transfers, and firmware updates. It can turn a compatible smartphone into a remote shutter for selfies, group photos and creative camera angles. The app is also used in transfer, editing, sharing and compatible printing workflows.

An analog-style lever selects instax mini, SQUARE, WIDE or No Frame shooting formats and activates instax Animation mode. There are 30 effects across five themed groups, and up to six favorites can be saved in a Custom group. Animation mode captures up to 10 consecutive frames to create a flipbook-style animation for app viewing and sharing.
