Traeger Ironwood XL Wood Pellet GrillThe Traeger Ironwood XL is the newest wood pellet grill in the Ironwood series, offering a large cooking space of 924 square inches. With both the top and bottom rack, you'll have more than enough room to feed everybody with space for 16 rib racks or eight pork butts. The dinner possibilities don't just end with meat; try searing fish or veggies on the Traeger Ironwood XL for an added dose of flavor. The Super Smoke® Mode and FreeFlow firepot keep the smoke moving and flowing all around your food to produce a high-quality wood fire taste. Traeger carries a variety of wood pellet flavors for you to choose from, depending on the flavor profile you desire. The pellet hopper has 22 pounds of capacity for all of your wood and a pellet sensor that detects when the Traeger Ironwood XL needs a refill. The Smart Combustion technology, along with the insulated construction of your outdoor grill, maintains temperatures and reduces unwanted fluctuation for consistent cooking results. The grill can reach a maximum temperature of 500°F, ideal for faster grilling when that hunger hits hard. The Traeger Ironwood XL grill also has two wired meat probes that can detect the temperature of your food, ensuring you never serve raw meat to guests. All the temperature info you need should be displayed on the grill's full-colored screen, but the probe and overall temperatures of your grill can also be conveniently controlled and monitored with WiFIRE® technology via a WiFi or Bluetooth connection. Check the progress of your meal on your smartphone from the comfort of your couch with WiFIRE®, as you no longer have to stand guard over your grill. The Traeger Ironwood XL features a small side shelf where you can rest your tools, rubs, sauces and other grill accessories within reach. If you wish to customize your grill further by collecting accessories, explore Traeger's P.A.L Pop-And-Lock™ and ModiFIRE® options. When your deliciously smoky food is done and ready to serve, don't fret about extensive cleaning as the EZ-Clean™ Grease & Ash Keg will collect all pellet ash and fat drippings into a large container that's easy to access for quick cleaning.
