CES 2026: Birdfy Hum Bloom & Birdfy Feeder Vista
The Birdfy Feeder Vista
The new Birdfy Feeder Vista is designed to eliminate a common issue found on smart bird feeders. Now, you can see the birds that visit your feeder no matter what side they're eating, thanks to the 360-degree view. You also have the option to switch to a wide-angle view, and images and video are captured in 6K. The Feeder Vista also offers slow-motion video. Its camera is triggered by weight sensors rather than motion, ensuring the camera doesn't miss a bird visit. This weight sensor can also detect other animals (like notorious bird feed thiefs, squirrels) and shut the feeding tray. AI will identify the types of birds that visit, so you can learn more about the species that live in your area. Optional accessories can help attract more kinds of birds. The bottom-up feeding system means there's no seed hopper to block the camera, either. As of right now, there is no firm release date.
The Birdfy Hum Bloom
Hummingbirds are notoriously difficult to see, let alone film, eating in the wild. The new Birdfy Hum Bloom smart hummingbird feeder is designed to make it easier to capture them on film; this smart feeder features an 8MP camera that captures 4K video, but most importantly, it can record slow-motion video. Because hummingbird wings flap so fast, being able to slow down the motion will let you see these birds in a whole new way. We love the Hum Bloom's design, which was made to look like the flowers that hummingbirds feed from; Birdfy claims this design also makes the smart feeder easier to refill. Birdfy confirmed that the Hum Bloom would launch this year. It was also named an honoree in the 2026 CES Innovation Awards.
More From Birdfy
Birdfy also had their Bath Pro all-season birdbath on display. It's a 2026 CES Innovation Awards winner thanks to its thoughtful design that prioritizes the wellbeing of birds. It has a de-icer to keep water flowing in the winter, and a shallow perch that's safe for birds of all sizes to use.
While CES may be winding down, the innovations we saw this year aren't going anywhere. Explore the rest of our coverage from the show for more news from the biggest names in tech.
