The manual mode is an alternative mode of operation that allows you to individually control the deck and top heat temperatures and to adjust the power distribution of the top heaters. This enables you to fully customize how the oven functions. For better use of the manual mode, the alternate interface magnet provided with the pizza oven should be placed on the front of the interface to indicate what temperatures you have set and what heaters you are using.
