This matched speaker pair handles 150W RMS and 300W maximum power, while 91dB sensitivity helps it make effective use of available power. A 90Hz-20kHz +/- 5dB frequency response supports a broad range of music.

Ready for demanding outdoor environments, the CHX525.2 uses an exclusive Nanofram horn cover to help protect against rain. Its rain-or-shine, all-weather construction is complemented by an aluminum tweeter diaphragm engineered for brighter, more efficient sound. An OFC copper wire tweeter voice coil delivers strong sound while generating less heat, and its high-temperature design supports dependable performance when the system is pushed.

The mid-bass section centers on a Carbon Matrix Composite cone that balances low weight, rigidity, high-temperature capability and strength to maximize efficiency. A black-coated, high-conductivity, low-resistance OFC copper wire mid-bass voice coil is designed for extreme-temperature thermal performance. The N35SH neodymium magnet works within a custom-tooled die-cast aluminum basket featuring Vortex Flow Venting, while a 12dB external custom-tooled, vented and encased crossover completes this purpose-built Cicada Audio speaker design.
