• Limited Lifetime Warranty: Blue Steel Springs, wood frames, reclining mechanisms, seat cushion foam and feathers.
• Five Year Limited Warranty: Electrical components, mechanical components, sleeper mechanisms and sleeper mattresses.
• One Year Limited Warranty: Finished wood, plastic components, metal components, FlexAire2 mattress and pump, battery packs, filling materials, pillow fiber filling, upholstery materials, heat and massage components and leatherette.
• Service Claims: Contact the Flexsteel retailer where the product was purchased or the nearest authorized Flexsteel retailer and provide proof of purchase.
• After First Year: The purchaser is responsible for labor and shipping costs associated with repairs.
